Tier 1 — Foundations

Seven modules · 28 hours · Eight weeks · Two live case sessions

Peptides as a drug class: receptor biology and signaling, pharmacokinetics and half-life engineering, delivery and formulation, manufacturing and sourcing, and the regulatory architecture around all of it. It closes on the evidence and access framework the rest of the program runs on.

The course’s stated aim — by the end, you should be able to pick up any peptide — one covered here, one a patient brings you, one that does not exist yet — and place it correctly on both axes without asking anyone.

Tier 2 — Clinical Practice

Nine modules · 38 hours · Eight weeks · Two live case sessions

The framework from Tier 1 pointed at actual patients, one therapeutic area at a time. Part One carries most of the weight — metabolic medicine, the hormone interface, women’s health and bone. Part Two covers everything else, including three modules on agents you will mostly decline to prescribe.

The course’s stated aim — by the end, you should be able to run these conversations in clinic — and to decline well, which is harder than prescribing well and is most of what Part Two is for.

Tier 3 — Advanced Practice

Six modules · 28 hours · Eight weeks · Two live sessions · Capstone portfolio

Judgment rather than facts. This is the tier built to still be worth something in five years, once half the specifics in Tiers 1 and 2 have been superseded, and it ends in a capstone portfolio assessed against a published rubric.

The course’s stated aim — by the end, you should be able to appraise an unfamiliar agent, defend the reasoning to a colleague, and know which parts of your own knowledge have expired.

Six modules · 8 hours · Self-paced · For licensed MDs and DOs

The incretins after they stopped being weight drugs. Between 2023 and 2026 the class acquired randomized outcome evidence in cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, obstructive sleep apnoea and steatohepatitis.

The course’s stated aim — by the end, you should be able to answer the questions patients are already asking about this class, rather than describing it as an appetite suppressant several years after that stopped being the point.

Twenty sessions · Four weeks · Self-paced

Twenty one-hour sessions across four weeks, covering the evidence hierarchy, the incretins, the estrogen route effect, secretagogues with and without data, sexual health, repair and longevity peptides, bone and genitourinary health, the FDA bulks list, compounded GLP-1s and the gray market, and Florida law. It is built to be written in — every session is structured around retrieval practice and free recall.

The course’s stated aim — by the end, you should be able to separate what the evidence supports from what the market asserts, and to say which is which in front of a patient.
